Booking: A deposit of 20% is payable when the booking is made.
The balance should be paid six weeks before the start date of the
holiday. Bookings must be confirmed in writing and we cannot accept
credit-cards, so please send a cheque made out to A&H Findlater. The
booking address is: The Grammar House, Langport TA10 9PU.
Arrival: The cottage will be ready at 4.00 pm. The keys are
held by Jean’s Shop, aka the Colvend Post Office (tel 01556 630228).
They are very helpful.
Directions: From Colvend, take the Rockcliffe road; after the
Church take the first left, called Barcloy Road; at the bottom,
before the brae, turn left and then immediately right into the Mill
courtyard. Pittullie is on your right.
During: Electricity and oil for the central heating are
included in the rent. There are instruction booklets on all
appliances in a folder. If there are any problems, the caretakers
are nearby, details on the Welcome note. Please keep dogs on leads
and clear up for them. Rubbish is collected on Fridays: the bins go
out by the Mill Burn.
Leaving: The cottage has to be cleaned for the next guests,
so please leave by 10.00 am. Thank you.
